How can I start Electronic Gadget Business in India?

I was planning to start my Electronic Gadget business. Well I am ready with Infrastructure like shop (I am not a big Player but i am just a New Bie.I am ready by owning shop.) Well, what i want to ask is ::

1) Where can I find buy gadgets at cheaper rate so that i can sell them for a bit profit.
e.g. If there is need for 5 Nokia N72 Handsets, and their market price is Rs.7000/-. So where can i buy these handsets for around Rs.6000/- so that i can get Rs.1000/- profit!

2)Is there any licensing required to sell stuff on Ebay?

3) How can i be dealer. I mean how can i make my bill card.?

So i want a location where i cant get wholesale electronic gadgets like Mobile phones, Pen Drives, Hard Disks, Laptops, Monitors, MP3 Players, Apple Products.

Please guys help me giving address or location of wholesale markets.
I live in Pune. So nearby locations like Mumbai will be sufficient.
