What's it like to fly coach(business or economy class)?
Business class is not considered to be part of coach. It's a separate class of service.
Economy class is simply a seat on a plane. They're small, have limited legroom, and come with minimal service. Most airlines still have complimentary non-alcoholic drinks although a few now charge for everything. Most flights no longer have meal service unless you pay extra for it. Think of it as riding a bus that travels at 35,000 feet.
Business class is usually offered only on international flights and some transcontinental flights. The seats are wider, have much more legroom (55-60 inches compared to 31-32 inches in economy), and recline anywhere from 60-90 degrees depending on airline. Meal service and all drinks (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) are free. You also get better food and wine and a better selection of them. Needless to say, business class is quite expensive compared to economy.
